The Villa has an extension of approx. 400 m2. and it is one of the most luxurious houses on the island of Capri, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and lemon trees. The extension of the property of over 1000 m2, together with its unique position within one of the most prestigious residential areas of Anacapri, guarantee maximum privacy and relaxation, and at the same time allow you to enjoy the view of the sea and unforgettable sunsets in Capri.
The Villa has been renovated in recent years, is spread over two floors and offers 4 bedrooms for 8 adult guests. An entire floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, with its master walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom made directly from volcanic stone and a large living room with TV room and wood-burning fireplace. The second floor is dedicated to the three suites, all with double beds: suite 1 with private bathroom with Italian marble finishes, suites 2 and 3 with shared bathroom in fine white Carrara marble.
The villa is completed by a modern dining room, a fully glazed living room with sea view and a kitchen equipped with professional accessories.
