The hotel is made up of different buildings arranged on several levels; inserted into the structure, but also completely independent, there is a large restaurant.

The property includes a large fenced car park and a conference center with an independent and modular entrance for a capacity of up to 300 people.

The first layout of the building complex dates back to the mid-1970s, but the current consistency derives from various interventions that took place from the 1980s to the 2000s.

The hotel business boasts 30 Executive Rooms and 37 Junior Suites, a swimming pool and a five-a-side football pitch. The structure is currently closed, but it was a symbol of the city's hospitality.
